Charles E. Griffin Selected For Membership in the Federation of Defense and Corporate Counsel
Attorney Charles E. Griffin of Jackson, Mississippi has recently been selected for membership in the Federation of Defense & Corporate Counsel (FDCC). Mr. Griffin’s primary areas of practice are insurance, financial services and commercial litigation.
Founded in 1936 as the Federation of Insurance Counsel, the membership consists of defense counsel in private practice, in-house corporate and insurance counsel, and non-attorney claims executives, both internationally and in the US. The organization is highly selective in admitting new members and has a membership limitation of 1,000 attorneys in private practice in the United States.
The guiding principles of the FDCC are knowledge, justice, and fellowship. Federation objectives and purposes are to assist in establishing standards for providing competent, efficient, and economical legal services; to encourage and provide continuing legal education of Members, and to use the knowledge and experience of the Membership for the promotion of public good. Close relationships bind Members and their families together, made possible by high attendance at Annual and Winter Meetings. Educational programming available to Members and non-members include the Corporate Counsel Symposium, the Litigation Management College and Graduate Program, and the Law Firm Management Conference.
